BG Wealth Sharing is the project of Dr. Stephen to leverage his understanding and unique success and system in trading shared with others. With a 95%+ win rate (known organizationally and personally experienced), those who are participating are growing wealth with this simple system.
So simple and successful is Dr. Stephen’s initiative, it now has a global following with over 400,000 participants (at last count, and likely double that now). Thousands upon thousands of people are investing a little in themselves (a little money in their trade account and no membership fees, no subscription fees, no monthly fees, etc.) and winning trades, doubling their money about every 3 months, and changing their financial lives.
BG Wealth Sharing has a big following, but is not a big corporate initiative. It is essentially Dr. Stephen and an assistant or two offering trade codes by text. It is that simple. The “bigness” comes from the fact that thousands can receive that text near simultaneously, choose to trade by copying and pasting that code into the trade platform, and wait for Dr. Stephen to execute the trade to win.
Note, the reason why this works for so many around the world, is because these hundreds of thousands of people are not taking their own trade. They and you will simply be copying and pasting in a permission code to include you in on Dr. Stephen’s trade. He or his proprietary algorithm is the only one studying the markets and deciding when to trade.
What do you do? You simply copy a code from a chat app (BonChat) and paste it into the trading platform (DSJ Exchange) indicating your interest in participating in the trade and wait for Dr. Stephen’s to make the trade when winning conditions present themselves. You typically have about 45 minutes to show your interest, and the trade is then taken at sometime thereafter when market conditions are right. The codes arrive at about 10:35 am and about 4:35 pm. Paste in your interest to participate and simply wait for the win.
He wins over 95% of the time. If there is a loss, then another trade occurs quickly thereafter, and your earnings are 3x on that trade, which well makes up for any loss. All you are doing is copying and pasting in a trade code to indicate your interest and permission to participation. The winnings are then placed into your individual account.
It is simple at its core, and as such, you will not find a fancy website, lots of marketing information, etc. Dr. Stephen takes care of the systems and does the trading for us, and we copy/paste to trade and get the word out, and it just works. So this website is my rudimentary attempt to provide information, and if you choose, sign-up and participation instructions.
So why would someone want to share this information if they earn nothing from you for doing so?
- Extra Trades – As I bring others into the system, I am provided extra trades that will grow my account faster. There are levels to how many extra trades can be received.
- Coach Cash – There is a cash payment for helping others get started. The setup to begin trading can be a little challenging, but the trading is simple. After introducing this trade system to other, BG Weath Sharing pays from $1,000, $10,000, … a month crypto-coin value deposted into my trade account for assisting them grow the group and take care of initial support and helping them get linked into the trading. This website is my attempt to provide instruction and assistance to provide that initial help, along with personally assisting people to get started. Once started, it is simply copy and paste a permission code and wait for Dr. Stephen’s to place the trade. As such, everyone becomes independently successful and functional with a couple of trades.

About Dr Stephen Beard and BG Wealth Sharing
The BG Wealth Sharing system is owned and operated by Dr. Stephen Beard or Dr Stephen, as he is known. I am not sure of his background, but I believe he is a professor. His purpose is to help the average person gain wealth. At this point, that is his motivation, and you will see that in the chats, etc.
As with many entrepreneurial startups and grassroots activities, there is not a lot of history with BG Wealth Sharing. Some of the first information known was found in 2018, however, not until 2024 – 2025 was more organized marketing and other information known. Now there are conferences around the globe, to include one in my own modestly sized city. So momentum is building.
You will have to become comfortable with the low-key and entrepreneurial way of doing buisness at BG Wealth Sharing. There are a couple of ways to do that:
- U.S. SEC Filing – This website refers to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission filing by BG Wealth and among other nations. This is not a hidden activity, but registered with many country regulatory agencies. See this discussion below.
- Discretionary Money – Invest what makes sense for you, and what you are willing to loose. Although I know of no one that has lost money.
- Withdraw Original – Grow your account to a point that if you were to take out your original investment, it would not slow the momentum of continued growth. So at some point you would withdraw what you invested, and there would be no original loss.
- Withdrawals – Create a schedule of withdrawing some funds from the system to preserve some gains outside of the system and collect a profit. Do this when your account momentum will not be noticeably diminished by withdrawing a meaningful amount.
What is known is that BF Wealth Sharing was founded by Dr. Stephen Beard. From there, much of what we know is from Dr. Stephen as he is referred to and information from his assistants comes from occasional postings from them. Consider the following:

At the moment, knowing many people participating in the system, none have lost money trading or extracting money from the exchange or the crypto market currency exchangers (Coinbase, etc.). It is a simple and great opportunity for those that want to grow a portion of their funds in an active manner, with eyes opened, and managing the account with regular withdrawals to preserve what you have grown, while also maintaining a viable trade account amount.
My Participation
A group of us have prepared this website. I am Ralph, and I participate because of my own previous experience with investing and trading the markets, that have me knowing the value of the system Dr. Stephen’s has create and the talent it takes to trade at a 95% or better win rate. That is something I cannot do for myself, so I have joined to benefit from Dr. Stephen’s expertise and talent.
Naturally, there are different strategies in participating in the markets.
- Investing – Putting money in the market with the expectation of a return. Investing usually generates about 8% – 12% per year. This is typically more of a hands-off approach.
Trading – In this case BG Wealth is earning ~1.26% per day, or about ~37.8% per month, and doubling the account about every 3 months. Good trading generally produces a greater return than investing.
There is a place for investing as well as trading. If you are willing to be more actively involved, then trading can get you a much faster return. Over the years, my trading has been hit and miss. I am participating with BG Wealth Sharing because I have found I cannot beat Dr. Stephen’s win rate. So, either I trade myself and get marginal results, or I trade with Dr. Stephen’s and get a 95%+ plus result. The answer seems obvious, right!
My recommendation is that you do a little of many things. Invest a little, trade some, build your talents, start a side business, etc. Simply don’t just go to work and hope that one source of income will be there for you, as this is now commonly not suggested by wise money managers. Do a couple or more things.
I like trading, because I can get a bigger return faster. Investing relies too much on the management team, which does not always have others’ best interests in mind. It ties up capital in what I call a “buy, hold, and hope” strategy. That strategy has won big, but often has failed, even with big names such as: Sears, KMart, GE, Blockbuster, Toys “R” Us, JC Penny, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bear Sterns, and the list goes on. The buy-and-hold strategy works for a while, but often depreciates as new technology, trends, and tastes emerge. With trading, like that of BG Wealth Sharing, there is no need to trust management, societal interests, industry regulation, etc. Your money is in and out of the market quickly under circumstances of which you know, without relying on the intentions of others and agencies.
So that is why I am with BG Wealth Sharing, as it fits with how I look at the markets. Yes, invest, but also trade. Trading allows you to be agile, maintain more control, and as shown with BG Wealth Sharing, grow you account much faster, essentially compound earnings each day of ~1.26% or about ~37.8% per month, unheard of in the investment markets.

The name of the trading system you will be using is referred to as the BG Wealth systems. Sometimes also as DSJ Exchange. Let me add some context to this
BG Wealth:
As a note, this system is certified in the United States with the securities and Exchange Commission, and many other country’s security agencies.
We participate by adding our trading account to the BG Wealth Sharing trading pool, in this way:
Invest In Yourself – You invest between $500 (minimum) and $10,000+ (now no maximum) to trade.
Your Individual Account – You remain the owner of your fund in your separate account. I said combine it with the pool only means when you participate in the trade everyone’s funds participate in the market individually as a group in the same trade.
No Membership Fee – There is no start up membership fee, setup fee, etc. for this group.
No Subscription Fee – There is no monthly fee, etc. All of your money is used to trade.
No Training Fee – There is no extensive training needed and no training fee. Simply learn to copy a code from a text, paste it into the invitation field, confirm your interest in the trade, wait for the win, and collect your winnings. It is that simple.
What You Do – You simply put in your trade code, wait for the trade, collect your profits.
You might ask how the system sustains itself or makes money? What is in it for Dr. Stephen Beard. Well:
Own Purpose – Many people do not feel there is a benevolent reason for some people to do good. Well, when it works, they can. Dr. Stephen’s purpose is to help others.
He Benefits – He is not naive, and he or his system (or business ) benefits, and needs to for providing systems, staff, etc. The way he benefits is by keeping about 37% of your profits, of which are about 63%. From a business perspective, most businesses would be happy with 20% net profit. We keep 3 times that much.
How it works is pretty simple:
$500 Basic Entry – $500 is a basic participation. At this basic level you will receive two trades a day. In the group I am trading with, those trades come at about 10:35 am and 4:35 pm. Currently you have about an hour to place your trade.
Entry Amounts – You can enter with any amount from $500 to $10,000, and recently larger amounts have been seen. You need to include enough for fees by outside organization so that your final amount equals more than $500. For a $500 deposit. I would recommend $550. For all others any amount will do, you simply may be at $1,978, $4,973, etc. with depositing even amounts, but it works.
Recommended Entry – If possible, consider entering at $5,000 or more. Your earning will be meaningful and accelerated and can double to $10,000 in less than 30 days.
There are two or three ways to benefit from BG Wealth:
Trade for Wealth – Simply trade. The more money in your account, naturally the larger your trade returns.
Share for Wealth – Help others find this solution. Without a membership fee, subscription fee, contract, etc. and over a 95% win rate, who would not want to participate. I say help in the fact that this is the way they invite others into the system. It sounds multi-level marketing’ish. It is and it is not. Meaning you invite people in and can build 5 people around you, so that is network marketing’ish and multi-level’ish. Also, you are not paid from their winnings. As such, you do not have to extensively manage or cheer them on. They are winning enough to participate themselves. What you are simply doing is inviting, helping them start, and after one trade, they are on their own.
Benefits Of Sharing – BG Wealth Sharing does incentivize you to share this with others. They do so by offering you more trades for sharing and depositing cash in your account, such as:
More Trades – When someone signs up and starts, you will receive 2 extra trades. So you can make more money.
Bonus Money – When someone signs up you will receive about 10% of their signup deposited in your trade account. If someone signs up for $550, then you receive about $50 (some money is used in fees during money transfers by outside banks and companies so $550 gets you about $500+ in trading). If someone signs up for $5,000, then you receive $500 in bonus. $10,000 is the most you can come in with, so you would receive $1,000 in your trade account.
Leadership – There is a need to help people get signed up and started. If you bring in 25 or so people then you will receive about $1,500 into your trade account each month as a type of leadership
Higher Leadership – With more people in your group by you or others you will receive greater amounts of money deposited into your trade account, from $10,000 a month to some making millions a month from leadership (obviously something exceptional, but real).

Trade Volume and Wins Per Trade
BG Wealth Sharing takes a very conservative approach to trading. They trade 1% of your account at a time. So the math for that is:

Given the above, the more you can deposit and invest, the faster and more usable the result. I recommend depositing in the most you can to make this as meaningful as possible, as quick as possible.
Compounded Growth:
My personal experience at this time is 100% win rate. The overall win rate is in the 95%+ range. There are some losses, but when they occur, they give you another trade worth 3x to make up for it.
Given the above understanding you can double your money in the days shown above due to compound earning trading. You trade not only your original deposit, but the money you have earned from previous winning trades. For instance:

DSJ Exchange
This is an exchange that Dr Stephens has arranged to make the trades. Like BG Wealth Sharing, it is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other country security agencies.
A couple of things to know:
Crypto Currency Trading – you will be participating in trading using cryptocurrency pairs. This is not something you will worry about, as that is Dr. Stephen’s concern. I presume this is used due to the trading flexibility and freedom. Further, it is simply the way of the future and getting a little more informed in this area. It does require that you convert your dollars into cryptocurrency and transfer that cryptocurrency into your account. This document is here to help guide you through that.
No Use Fee – There is no day-to-day use fee for this service. You simply create an account and then access it by an app or by a website to place your trade.
12% Withdraw Fee – There is a 12% fee to remove money from your DSJ account. In total you will have 100% of your trade – ~37% for Dr. Stephen’s System – ~12% for DSJ Withdrawal = ~51% net profits to you. Gain, from a business point of view, this is double what most businesses would earn or ever dream of earning.
Keeping It Real With Taxes – Remember you would pay taxes on your ultimate earnings. We don not concern ourselves with this, as it is just part of the reality of our society. Further, each person’s tax situation is different. Also, with competent tax advise, you can find ways to minimize the tax you owe.
Currency Conversion Fees – Also note that as you are trading in a crypto currency, there are minor fees for exchanging it to other crypto you can spend (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) or convert it to cash. Members are available to help you make money transfers in the best way to keep the most of your money.
Perspective – We can concern ourselves about it, or realize it is there, move on, do well, and benefit wildly with the significant percentages we do keep.
There really is not much for us to worry about here. This is what Dr. Stephen’s states as “I focus on the operation of the platform, while you focus on building and growing your team. “

Investment
- Amount – Decide on the investment you want to start with, plus any to cover fees. I recommend as much as you can, to have noticeable initial growth and then add for the fees. Fees are around the following: ACH deposit: Free, Wire: ~$40 to wire and ~$10 at Coinbase, Debit card: ~4%, Crypto deposit: Free (network fees still apply), then 0.5% spread when converting dollars to crypto.

- Tether – Get that investment into Tether coin. I will leave the how to you Nick, as this seems well known to you. Many go from dollars, to Coinbase, to Tether.

- Password – Create a password.
- Registration – Complete registration with the DSJ Exchange.
- Funding – Transfer Tether from the Coinbase, Kraken, etc. interface into DSJ.
- Bonus – When you are approved to join BGW, they will deposit a bonus into your DSJ account. Make sure to move that into your trade account so it will participate in the trades.
- Wait Strategy – If things don’t seem to be working, set it aside for a time and come back. It is probably just a technology issue.
- Once In – Once in and you have done a trade or two, it seems to all synch together and just work seamlessly.
- Login DSJ – Get into DSJ
- Deposit – Fin the “Deposit” link
- ERC20 Address – Select ERC20 and copy the address code.
- Paste Address – Open you crypto wallet in Coinbase, Kraken, etc. and paste the “Deposit Address” for the transfer.
- $1 First Transfer (Ethereum) – Place a $1 transfer for your first one to ensure it shows up in the right place. The Ethereum network has worked, but test it.
- Transfer Shows – Once the $1 transfer shows and you know the address is properly linked, then transfer the rest.
- Full Transfer – Then transfer the full amount you investing.
- Check Assets – Check that the transfer was complete. It will show up in the Exchange account.
- Full Transfer – Then transfer the full amount you investing.
- Check Assets – Check and ensure your transfer occurred.
- Exchange To Trade – Transfer our funds from the “Exchange” account to the “Trade” account using the “Transfer” button.
- Bonus – Watch for the bonus to show up in your DSJ account.
- Transfer Bonus – Once it shows, transfer the bonus into your trade account so you can trade more money.

- Find BonChat (mobile) – Find BonChat from an app store (see app image below).
- Add Server Code – Type in the above code.
- STOP – The app presents a Login screen. Look to the bottom for the Signup link.
- SignUp – Look in the lower portion of the screen for the sign up routine.
- Code – Click “Send” for the code and add.

- Fund DSJ – Before contacting Elena make sure you have funded your account. Also note- Go to the top field and search for Elena03. Go to the chat and make yourself known. - Wait and Respond to Dr. Stephen’s Reply – He will ask for much of the same information as Elena. I don’t know if there is a legal or regulatory component to this, so simply follow-through on it. A recent message has been:
- “Hello, I am Stephen Beard, the founder of BG Wealth Sharing. Welcome to BG Wealth Share and thank you for becoming a member of our BG Team. It’s a pleasure to meet you. May I know your name? To better assist you with the trading process, please provide the following information:”
- Your name
- Aare you familiar with the trading process?
- Your age
- Your initial deposit amount
- Your DSJEX Account number
- Your referrer’s name
- “If convenient, please provide your contact number. During any BG Group promotional events, if we are unable to reach you, we will leave you a message. All of the above options are optional and not mandatory. If you value your privacy, you may skip these items.”
- Watch BonChat – Keep an eye on BonChat for messages as a new trader and for trades.
- The Usual Trade Routine:
- Trade Invite Codes – Mine arrive very close to 10:35 and 4:35. You will be in a different cohort, so your trades may come a different times. Look for instructions around that.
- Copy BonChat Trade Interest Code – I call this a trade interest code, because I am not trading. It is an “invited me” to trade and situation, in which I respond by expressing my interest in the trade by pasting in my code.
- DSJ Login – Open up the DSJ Exchange by logging in.
- Futures – Touch and open the “Futures” area of the app. The “Futures” link is at the bottom center of the app.
- Invited Me – Touch and open the “Invited Me” field of the app. This link is in line with “Position Order,” “Historical Orders,” “Invited Me,” and ” Follow Up.” It is near the right of your screen.
- Paste In Trade Interest Code – Paste your code in the field that says “Please enter the order code” and “Confirm.” With many phones, when you copy the code from BonChat, the field triggers the cache to present the code to you. Just touch the code presented and the field will be filled.
- “Following Already …” – When done correctly, you will get a message such as “Following Already …”
- Timing – It seems like there is a good 45 minutes or more to copy and paste in your code to show your interest in the trade.
- Position Order – You can click over to “Position Order” to watch your trade. Often there is nothing there. You are waiting for market conditions to be correct for Dr. Stephen to take the trade.
- Historical Orders – Once the trade is complete, you can go to “Historical Orders” and view your winnings.
- Losing Trade – My experience is that Dr Stephen wins well into the 90% on trades. There can be a little different trade routine for “make up” trades. You will win 3 times more on these trades to make up for the loss. There are not enough losses for me to have a clear set of instructions on how to trade them. My recollection is they trade the same. Just watch for guidance from Elena and Dr. Stephen when it occurs.
- Bonus Trades – These trade a little differently as well. Watch the BonChat for instructions and experiment as you go.

System – Dr Stephen sets up and manages the system (BonChat, DSJ Exchange license, distributions, etc.)

Interest – We express our interest in participating by funding a DSJ account and copying, pasting, and confirming our interest.
